When do you ship?
What is your return policy?
We ship our seasonal micro-batches safely wrapped in recyclable packaging every Tuesday. Orders placed by Sunday evening are guaranteed to go out in the next batch.
As our preserves are small-batch food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your jar arrives damaged or compromised, we will gladly send a replacement.
Do you offer custom gifting?
Are your jars recyclable?
Yes. We create bespoke gift boxes for corporate events, weddings, and family gatherings. Reach out via our form with your estimated quantity and timeline.
Absolutely. We use high-quality amber glass jars and metal lids that are fully recyclable. Many of our customers also wash and reuse them for home storage.
